GOUDNESS GRACIOUS

Easiest Drinking Belgian Ale You’ll Ever Find.

Crisp, fruity, layered and brewed to be dangerously drinkable.

Style: Belgian Pale Ale

ABV: 5.5%

Price:

  • 50L Keg: $349 + GST

  • 1 x Case (16 x 375mL) $89 + GST

This isn’t your usual Belgian beast. We made this beer to challenge the idea that Belgian ales have to be heavy, boozy, or a niche sell. Goudness Gracious keeps the fruit, spice, and yeast-driven character but dials it back into a crisper, more approachable pour that works harder behind the bar than most beers in its category…if you can find another Belgian Pale Ale like it that is. Dry-hopped with Motueka for a citrus lift (yes, we know that’s sacrilegious), this Belgian Pale Ale breaks tradition in the right ways. It finishes dry and peppery, with a crisp body that keeps punters coming back. Think of it as a pale ale’s more cultured cousin, still friendly, just with a bit more edge.

A Belgian-style beer that doesn’t overstay its welcome. This is the ‘premium adjacent’ option that bridges the gap between pale ale and exotic foreign beer.

It gives adventurous pale ale lovers to something with depth to explore without losing drinkability.

It gives the more seasoned drinker that desired premium taste in an easier drinking format.

Who is this beer for?

  • Pale ale drinkers looking for something more complex.

  • Belgian beer lovers who want something they can actually drink more than one of.

  • Venues craving something distinctive yet craft crowd-friendly.

  • Fridges or taps needing a step-up beer that doesn’t freak people out.

What others Say:

  • “Goudness Gracious went really well! We received great feedback from customers and staff. A lot of people blown away when we let them know it was only Jamie's second commercial brew.“

  • “Whilst Jamie has clearly sold his soul to the devil to be able to produce the Belgian Ale, a beer that tastes like a Belgian tripel with only 5% alcohol, making it absolutely smashable.”

F-WIT

Looks Dark. Drinks Light.

A dark beer even your pale-ale-only drinkers can get around.

Style: Dark Wheat Beer

ABV: 5%

Price:

  • 50L Keg: $349 + GST

F-Wit is a dark wheat beer brewed for people who think they don’t like dark beer, and for those who do, but want one they can keep coming back to. F-Wit is a silky, dark wheat beer that flips expectations. Clove, banana, and clean roast aromas keep it subtly interesting while the silky mouthfeel and wheat-driven base
keep it clean, drinkable, and dangerously moreish. It’s got the depth of a darker beer but finishes easy and satisfying, but not heavy. A full-flavoured beer you can pour again and again. It’s a personal favourite from our founder and a reminder that dark beers don’t have to be heavy. Crafted with with intent and proven to surprise.

A dark beer made to avoid the usual headaches, light on heaviness, smooth on roast, and delicate enough for all year round.

It’s built to satisfy a crowd who love good craft beer and not just diehard stout lovers.

While a dark wheat beer might sound niche, nearly everyone who orders a glass only has good things to say.

Who is this beer for?

  • Drinkers curious about dark beer but not ready to commit to a stout or porter.

  • Venues looking for a darker option that plays well year-round

  • Customers who want flavour without the weight.

  • Eclectic taps that cater to adventurous regulars.

  • Those wanting a good satisfying dark beer the hits the right spot but still approachable.

What others Say:

  • “JKB Brewing have created some truly unique flavours that push the boundaries of what is possible when it comes to brewing beer. The inaugural F-Wit has a dark complexity that is somehow delicate enough to still enjoy in the warmer weather.”

  • “I don’t even like dark beer, but I’d drink this again.”

FAIR DYM-KUM

A Lighter Beer with Heavy Character
Mid-strength, crisp, and crushable, with just enough smoke to spark conversation.

Style: Grodziskie

ABV: 3.6%

Price:

  • 30L Keg $247 + GST

This is our take on Grodziskie, a Polish style of beer with 700 years of history that went extinct. It’s smoky, crisp, and unlike anything else you’ve got pouring right now…or probably ever had. Don’t let the 3.6% fool you, it punches above its weight. You get that smoked aroma upfront, but the flavour also lands clean, with a hoppy, Kolsch-like snap and a dry finish. It’s the easiest-drinking
smoked beer you’ll ever pour, and it was brewed for discovery. Our 2025 GABS festival beer, it stood out as a rare gem, approachable, weird in a good way, and unexpectedlysessionable.

This beer blows expectations out of the water

This isn’t just a smoked beer it’s an experience that stops punters mid-sip and makes them ask, “What is this?!” It’s rare, historic, and brewed to stand out a genuine talking point that you cannot get anywhere else and hardly anyone else will be able to pour on tap with strictly limited stock. At 3.6%, it delivers big flavour with sessionable ease, making it an attractive option for any tap
looking to pour something mid-strength that is genuinely unique. With its genttle campfire smoke profile it will not fatigue like a heavy rauchbier.

Who is this beer for?

  • Craft beer nerds chasing rare styles with historical roots.

  • Drinkers who love smoke but don’t want something as heavy as a deep campfire in a glass.

  • Anyone after a mid-strength beer that still brings flavour.

  • For venues wanting an exclusive GABS beer that’s low ABV, flavour-forward, and outrageously drinkable.

What others Say:

  • “That’s f*%kin’ hot”

  • “I love smoky beer and it had so much taste given it’s only 3.6%...you need to can/bottle that stuff”
